state of the art security
The estate will be secure, boasting state of the art camera surveillance and 24h private patrolling within the estate. Additional perimeter security will be installed in the form of electric fencing and a high boundary wall. No walls will be visible from inside the estate, they will be constructed with sand bags and will appear to be dunes covered in grass.
The expectation is to be able to leave your front door open and go for a walk without having to worry about the safety of your property.
Access to the residential area will be restricted to residents only. Visitors will be required to sign in at the entrance gate, they will be scanned in and will then be allowed enter.
